Renewal
Buypass ID on Smart Card is valid for 3 years. The card can be renewed during the last two months before the expiry date via Buypass Min Side. Log in using Buypass ID or BankID.
We recommend renewing your smart card as early as possible within this period to avoid interruptions in use.
When renewed, a new physical card with 3 years validity is issued, and the remaining validity of the existing card is added to the new card.
You do not lose any of the card’s validity by renewing early.

Additional Card
If you need an extra Buypass ID on Smart Card, you can order an additional card via Buypass Min Side. Log in using Buypass ID or BankID.
In the list of your active smart cards, select “Additional Card”, fill in the required order details, and proceed to payment.
Delivery Time
The smart card is produced and sent by A-mail the next business day.
According to Posten’s delivery times, you will normally receive the card within 4–6 business days, including production time, depending on the delivery date for your address.
When you receive the smart card, it is activated using Buypass ID in Mobile.
