Change Your PIN Code

You can change your PIN code to any new 4-digit code:

Insert your smart card into the card reader
Go to Change PIN
Enter your current PIN
Enter your new PIN (twice)
Click Save

If you don’t remember your current PIN, go to Blocked or Forgotten PIN Code on Smart Card

Using Helsenett with NetID
1. Insert your smart card into the card reader
2. Click the Start menu and select All Programs
3. Open the NetID folder
4. Start the program Administration
5. Click your name at the top of the window and select Change Security Code (BID PIN)
Using Helsenett with Buypass Access
1. Insert your smart card into the card reader
2. Click the Start menu and select All Programs
3. Open the Buypass Access folder
4. Start the program Administration
5. Click your name at the top of the window and select Change Security Code (BID PIN)
