If the PIN code on your smart card is blocked, you can easily unblock it using our self-service solution.
Procedure
- Insert the blocked smart card into the card reader
- Go to Buypass Self-Service
- Choose your preferred method to unblock the PIN code:
Unblock PIN using eID
Use BankID or Buypass ID on Mobile
Unblock PIN using PUK code
Use the PUK code from your code letter
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new PIN code
System Requirements
The self-service solution requires the Javafri software to be installed in order for your computer to communicate with the smart card. You can download Javafri from our download page

If you do not have access to your PUK code, Buypass ID on Mobile, or BankID, please contact Customer Service for assistance
