You can change your mobile number on My Page or via Self-service.
Use one of the following methods to log in:
- Buypass ID in mobile (app or password/SMS)
- Buypass ID on smart card
- BankID
My Page
1. Go to My Page and log in with the desired method
2. Under Personal Information, select "Change"
3. Enter a new mobile number
4. Press "Save"
Self-service
1. Go to Self-service > Change mobile number
2. Enter National identity number (11 digits)
3. Log in using the desired method
4. Enter a new mobile number. Then press "Save"
5. Enter the one-time code that you receive by SMS. Then press "Save"
A receipt that your profile has been updated will be displayed.
