If you have entered wrong PIN code (4 digits) three times after each other, the PIN code of your smart card will be blocked.
To unblock the PIN code, you need the corresponding PUK code (8 digits). This can be found in the PIN code letter you received when you ordered the smart card.
To unblock your PIN code:
- Insert the smart card into the card reader
- Go to Buypass ATM > Unblock PIN
- Enter the PUK code (8 digits)
- Enter new PIN code
- Confirm new PIN code
