Blocked PIN in the Buypass ID App

If you enter the wrong PIN code three times, the PIN in the app will be blocked.
You must create a new PIN code to use the app again.

How to unblock your PIN

  1. Open the Buypass ID in Mobile app. A message will appear stating that your Buypass ID is blocked.
  2. From the main screen, select “Buypass ID” and then choose “Remove ID Block.”
  3. Verify your identity using Buypass ID in Mobile – Password/SMS or BankID, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Contact Customer Service if you are unable to use BankID or Buypass ID in Mobile – Password/SMS.
