If you enter the wrong PIN code three times, the PIN in the app will be blocked.
You must create a new PIN code to use the app again.
How to unblock your PIN
- Open the Buypass ID in Mobile app. A message will appear stating that your Buypass ID is blocked.
- From the main screen, select “Buypass ID” and then choose “Remove ID Block.”
- Verify your identity using Buypass ID in Mobile – Password/SMS or BankID, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Contact Customer Service if you are unable to use BankID or Buypass ID in Mobile – Password/SMS.
