If you enter wrong PIN code three times in sequence the PIN code will be blocked. You must create a new PIN code to be able to use the app again.
Here's how to do it:
- Open Buypass ID and Payment App / Buypass ID in Mobile. You will be notified that your profile is locked.
- Click "Create new PIN".
- Use Bank ID or Bank ID in mobile to verify your identity.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Contact Customer Service if you are unable to use Bank ID.
