Help Buypass ID in mobile

Blocked PIN code

If you enter wrong PIN code three times in sequence the PIN code will be blocked. You must create a new PIN code to be able to use the app again.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open Buypass ID and Payment App / Buypass ID in Mobile. You will be notified that your profile is locked.
  2. Click "Create new PIN".
  3. Use Bank ID or Bank ID in mobile to verify your identity.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Contact Customer Service if you are unable to use Bank ID.
