Expired smart card

If your smart card has expired, you must order a new card. Follow the instructions for the type of smart card you have:

Buypass ID on smartcard ordered directly from Buypass

A Buypass smart card is valid for 3 years. It can be renewed during the two months prior to its expiration date via Buypass Min Side. Please log in using your smart card.

If the card is not renewed before the expiration date, it will be blocked. To obtain a new card, you will need to place a new order through our website.
Buypass ID on smartcard ordered through a journal provider or partner

A Buypass smart card is valid for 3 years. It can be renewed during the two months prior to its expiration date via Buypass Min Side. Please log in using your smart card.
